About Your Teacher
With over 25 years of experience in professional kitchens—and a decade running Notorious E.A.T.—Chef Jemma brings both expertise and energy to every class. She’s taught hospitality across Australia and the US, travelled the world for food inspiration, and has a deep love for Asian cuisine and dessert-making. She keeps things real, relaxed and totally delicious.
