What started as one chef, one truck, and a bold vision in 2016 has grown into one of Queensland’s most talked-about catering crews. Notorious E.A.T. was founded by Chef Jemma Wickham with one mission: deliver knockout American street food that fuels good times and great memories.
With nearly a decade on the road and thousands of events behind us, we know how to feed a crowd—from backyard birthdays and wedding receptions to job sites, festivals, and everything in between. We’re mobile, experienced, and obsessed with flavour.
Today, you’ll find us rolling through the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Northern NSW and beyond, dishing up generous portions and good vibes from our food truck and trailer setup. Whether it’s 50 guests or 500, we bring the party (and the napkins).
Meet the Founder: Jemma Wickham
A qualified chef with over 25 years in the kitchen, Jemma’s career has taken her across Australia and the United States—from fine dining to hospitality training and now leading one of the region’s most in-demand catering teams.
Known for her approachable style and knack for bold, layered flavours, Jemma blends global inspiration with a love for laid-back street eats. She’s also the creative force behind the Notorious E.A.T. Cooking School, where she shares her skills with aspiring foodies of all levels.
