Having spent time in kitchens up and down the Gold Coast, chef Jemma Wickham decided it was time to share her passion for American street food with the Gold Coast, Northern NSW and Brisbane.
Taking inspiration from diner menus across the USA and infused with a little Compton attitude and a lotta local Gold Coast flavour! The result is burgers like the Ezy E and the mouthwatering Piggy Smallz. Almost everything on our menu is made from scratch, from the sauces to the hand pressed beef patties and our popular Wu Tang wings!
Starting off with a hastily build trailer, it now boats both a trailer (name) and a new truck (name) making it easier than ever to wrap your mouth around an Ezy E burger.
Since it’s launch in 2017, NOTORIOUS E.A.T has gone from strength to strength thanks in large part to a combination of innovative menu items as well as tremendous support by local South East Queensland communities.
The continued mission of NOTORIOUS E.A.T. is to elevate street food to restaurant quality whilst maintaining an affordable price tag filled with bags of flavour.
